Bouncy castle hire is extremely popular during weekends, school holidays and summer months. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred inflatable.

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

If the weather is unsafe, including high winds or heavy rain, we may need to cancel or rearrange. We always prioritise safety and follow UK standards.

Are your bouncy castles safe and fully insured?

Yes. All inflatables are PIPA tested, fully insured and cleaned before every hire. Our trained team handles all setup and pack down.

Can you set up bouncy castles on hard surfaces?

Some hard surfaces are not suitable due to anchoring requirements. Contact us to discuss your space and we’ll advise on the safest option.

What access is needed to set up a bouncy castle?

Most standard inflatables fit through a normal doorway. Larger units require wider access. Send us photos if you're unsure.

What happens if it rains or is windy?

We never charge for cancellations due to bad weather. If wind speeds or gusts exceed 24mph, we cannot set up outdoors for safety reasons, following HSE guidelines.

How early should I book?

We get booked up quickly, especially weekends and summer dates. Booking early is the best way to secure your chosen equipment.

Can inflatables go on hard surfaces?

Outdoor hires must be on real grass so we can safely stake the inflatable. Hard surfaces like concrete, decking, gravel or AstroTurf are not suitable outdoors.

How long is the hire period?

Standard hire is around 8 hours, but we can adjust times if needed. Indoor venues with fixed slots are no problem, just let us know when booking.

Do you offer overnight hire?

We offer overnight hire for an additonal cost that can be added at the time of booking. Contact us if you have something specific in mind.

What access do you need?

Most inflatables fit through a standard doorway, but they must be moved on a trolley. If access is tight or through a house, please check with us first on 01926 530 148.

How long does setup and pack down take?

Setup takes around 20 minutes and pack‑down about 30 minutes, depending on access and the inflatable hired.

What do I need to provide?

You’ll need a 240v mains socket within 25m and a clear, clean area free from debris, toys and pet mess.

Does the inflatable need electricity?

Yes. The blower runs continuously and costs around £0.18 per hour. We supply up to 25m of cabling as standard. Generators and additional cabling are available at an extra charge if needed.

Do you charge for delivery?

Delivery is free within 20 miles of our base, covering most of Warwickshire. Beyond this, we charge £1.20 per mile to cover both journeys.

Do you have insurance?

Yes. We have Public Liability Insurance covering our setup and equipment. It does not cover the hirer, so you may wish to arrange your own cover.
